Patrick Burgermeister

Before joining BioMedInvest, Mr. Burgermeister worked for Novartis Pharma where he was Senior Portfolio Manager in project management. There, he was responsible for the evaluation of development projects at all stages and in different therapeutic franchises.

Prior to Novartis, he was Senior Financial Analyst responsible for the European Biotech and Pharma sector at Zürcher Kantonalbank. In addition, he served as advisor to the life science fund (Pharma Vision) of the same institution.

Mr. Burgermeister holds a masters degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Basel (Biocentre), a masters degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a degree as Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
