Investment Manager (m/f) - Venture Capital / Healthcare

We are seeking an Investment Manager for our Team in Basel, Switzerland

Qualifications
• Education to PhD degree level from a top tier university, MBA and physician, pharmacist or biologist background preferred
• At least 3 years work experiences in the healthcare industry - preferably in Pharma/biotech, M&A, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Auditing or Consultancy
• Proven understanding of the technology sector and healthcare-related industries
• Experiences in project management, business development or financial modelling an advantage
• Strong analytic and quantitative skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written are imperative
• Prominent organisational skills, strong attention to details, flexibility and ability to work against strict deadlines
• Fluency in written and oral German and English is essential; other languages would be an advantage

Responsibilities
• Prospect new investment opportunities and sectors
• Analyse, review, prepare and present investment proposals to the committee
• Monitor portfolio companies
• Play an active role in conducting financial and business due diligence on potential investments including financial modelling
• Perform other responsibilities, as necessary from time to time, like market analyses and appraisals of market statistics
